Spring // Bria Hammock Original

Painted on an oak barrel head from Pine Bluffs Distilling, Spring is inspired by Vess Quinlan’s poem of the same name and that brief Western season where everything seems to wake up all at once.

A small band of pronghorn stands separated by a fence beneath a shifting sky, caught between stillness and motion, softness and survival. Like the cowboy poetry that inspired it, the piece holds both the open landscape and the living things watching from inside it.
